What we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name, agency and work email address
- your agency website, if you provide it
- the systems you want connected, a description of the work, the project stage and the type of help you need
We don't ask for phone numbers.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to understand how visitors use this website: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and whether the enquiry form was submitted. For form submissions it records the type of help selected and the project stage, not the details you type.
PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so it can recognise return visits. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you, assess and scope the integration, prepare proposals and keep a record of our correspondence. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Where it's stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Like most hosts, Netlify may also keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security and operations. Our replies are sent and stored through our business email provider.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through our contact form.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date above.
